covid alatt zsuzso sutott nagyon sok nagyon finom kenyeret, miota kicserelodtek a szerepek, megtanitott engem is hogy kell a sourdough-val banni, ugyhogy azota en csinalom, kb hetente-kethetente. szulinapjara kapott par puccosabb/extrabb lisztet, az egyik kozoluk az einkorn (magyarul alakor vagy egyszemu buza). a sima kovaszos kenyer is nagyon jo, de ezzel az einkornnal, gyakorlatilag egy kis vajon kivul nekem mas nem is kell annyira finom. most harom kisebb veknit csinaltunk az egy fel kilos helyett, igy kevesbe szikkad es tobb a crust is.

akartunk varazsolni a burgerrel, mindenfele finomsaggal megtomni, de elment az ido a polio oltassal, ugyhogy csak az kerult bele ami otthon volt. viszont a patty most daralt chuck-bol volt (asszem nyak magyarul) es sokkal juicy-bb volt mint altalaban.

ha marad kenyer azt vagy lefagyasszuk croutonnak vagy lablabi lesz belole ami egy tuneziai csicseri leves piritott szikkadt kenyerrel es ez esetben tonhallal.
